Appointments

Appointments are booked through our Square booking page or by calling the shop at (480) 597-9734. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open, but booked guests are always served first.

Late arrivals & cancellations

• Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened service or rescheduling, out of respect for the next guest.
• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeat no-shows may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

Pricing & payment

Listed prices are starting prices and may vary with hair length, density or added services. We accept card and cash. Services are non-refundable, but if something isn’t right, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right in the chair at no charge.

Health & safety

Please let your barber know about skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities before your service, especially for straight razor shaves and mud masks. We reserve the right to decline a service when it could put your health or ours at risk.
